A loyal son of Rutgers, Charlie has been with the University for over 14 years, first as a student in the ITI program before serving as an instructional designer, project manager, instructor, and IT leader. His expertise lies in the fields of instructional design, learning technology, user experience, project management, and IT leadership. Charlie holds a Masters of Business and Science specializing in User experience. His current responsibilities include accessibility awareness and compliance for all enterprise academic, administrative technology, and digital content. He also participates in University-wide projects, including his current role serving as Project Director for the Learning Management System transition to Canvas.
