Winner of the 50 Best Women in Business in NJ - 2018 award, Jeanne Gray has spent most of her career as an entrepreneur, building three companies in three different industries.  Her current venture, as publisher of American Entrepreneurship Today (AET), draws upon what she learned to be a successful entrepreneur.   First started as a single site covering entrepreneurship in New Jersey, AET is now an umbrella national site for entrepreneurship to 50 micro state web sites that detail each state's entrepreneurial ecosystem.  The sites are intended to be a ready resource for entrepreneurs to find the right support and programs to grow their start-ups and high growth tech ventures.  She was honored by the US SBA upon the launch of the New Jersey, and recently attended the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Silicon Valley via press credential from the White House.

Jeanne began her career in banking but quickly pursued her passion for entrepreneurship following her graduation from New York University Stern School of Business.  She attended Cornell University as an undergraduate. Her ventures have spanned the arc of the digital age.  Her first company was a bricks and mortar display and design company in the cosmetic industry serving clients such as Chanel, Elizabeth Arden and start-ups such as Trich McEvoy. Departing her family business during the emergence of the Internet, Jeanne re-built a local computer networking company into a nationwide technical service company serving clients such as Barnes & Noble, Coinstar and American Express. Following the sale of that company, Jeanne began her consulting company that included the launch of NJEntrepreneurship.com that has grown to become AmericanEntrepreneurship.com under the registered trademark American Entrepreneurship Today (R).   She has served on college advisory boards and committees on entrepreneurship, taught fund raising programs for entrepreneurs, judged venture pitches, and currently is an instructor at the Rutgers Business School's in the CUEED program, Entrepreneurship PIoneers Initiative, where she teaches Operations Management for Growth Stage Companies.
