Jon Thomas is User Experience Specialist working with organizations to incorporate their target audience’s insights into the product development process.  Jon knows it is essential to involve customers and clients during development in order to have the best customer experience possible at launch and every future iteration.  A Rutgers Alumni with a MBS in User Experience Design, Jon accepts every new challenge as an opportunity.
