Marcus Crews is a doctoral candidate and Presidential Graduate Fellow in the Organization Management program at Rutgers Business School. Prior to pursuing doctoral study, Marcus worked in the new ventures and entrepreneurship group of Rutgers technology transfer office as Assistant Director of Entrepreneurship and Venture Support Programs. In addition, Marcus has been involved with several startups as a founder, co-founder, or as an early employee. He has earned the Richard Branson Entrepreneur award from the Rutgers MBA program and was a winner of the Campus CEO Challenge statewide business plan competition. He has also earned several certificates in various areas of entrepreneurial management from the New Jersey Small Business Development Center and the National Council of Entrepreneurial Technology Transfer. He holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School, with specializations in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management
