Saadia Malik is a Manager in the office of Global Community Impact at Johnson & Johnson.  She manages the Corporation’s efforts to engage and empower employees in social impact including skill-based volunteering programs and mentoring initiatives.   Saadia has been an employee of Johnson & Johnson for 15 years.  She began her career at J&J as a Finance Co-Op and returned as an IT Co-Op while working on her graduate degree.  Saadia advanced through a series of Procurement positions within Corporate and the Pharmaceutical Sector managing complex, cross-enterprise projects partnering with key stakeholders both internally and externally.  Her passion has always been to connect people, which lends well to her current role. 

 

Saadia served on J&J’s AMENAH leadership council and currently a board member of a community center in New Brunswick, NJ  called NBIC.  She is involved in other community-based organizations locally including her local Girl Scouts Troop.  She holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology; and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University.
