Tracey is a third generation entrepreneur who learned the merits of entrepreneurship from her father at an early age.  As a creative innovator and serial entrepreneur, Tracey's first venture was designing fashion accessory products. In 2000, she launched a successful B2B marketplace strictly focusing on profit; however, her current venture, Givety is all about purpose and redefining what community service means in today's world. As a social app for teens, Givity is designed to help make volunteering a part of the teen's life and not a chore to get into a good school.
