Connie Pascal is a candidate for PhD in Library and Information Science and a part time lecturer in the Library and Information Department at the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. She is also the Program Assistant of the Information Technology and Informatics Program. Her doctoral research focuses on the information practices of cannabis nurses. Connie received her Master’s in Communication and Information Studies from the School of Communication & Information at Rutgers University in 2011. Prior to her academic career, Connie spent 17 years in talent management market research, HR technology product strategy, vendor management and technical recruiting services. This included launching a successful internet recruiting technology company and becoming an early advocate of talent management as a strategic process in the organization. Connie lives near Princeton New Jersey with her husband, son and pets.
