Mukesh Patel is a serial entrepreneur and advisor with experience in private equity, angel investments, innovation, business law, and education. Responsible for leading the product marketing organization at Nuvolo and lead the go-to-market strategies for Nuvolo's solutions and product offerings. Prior to taking on the role of VP, Ben was responsible for leading the solution consulting pre-sales organization at Nuvolo and helping customers move to a modern cloud-based enterprise asset management platform.

Tommy Rausch is responsible for the global branding and positioning of Infragistics. Tommy utilizes his extensive creative background and skillsets in the interactive space, such as 3D animation, game development, video production and mobile App development to drive the Infragistics brand across the global marketplace. Tommy’s work is fueled by a genuine love and passion for technology and design, and he believes that at all times, design should be an experience in of itself. Tommy graduated from the Pratt Institute.

Kevin is the Director of User Experience at Infragistics in Cranbury, NJ. He has been working as a user experience professional for 26 years. With a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Buffalo, he has experience across business verticals in the fields of research, evaluation, design and management of innovative, user-centered solutions. As an advocate for the practical application of Design, Kevin is also a hands-on practitioner and evangelist for design process.

Timothy Rollender is a Senior Venture Officer in the NJEDA’s Technology & Life Sciences division, responsible for marketing the Edison Innovation Fund and technology-led incentives to potential applicants, intermediaries and partnering organizations.

Ken Rosen drives product strategy and management for Infragistics, a Cranbury NJ-based provider of User Experience / User Interface tools for software development, including Indigo Studio. Prior to Infragistics, Ken spent twenty years at Microsoft, where he most recently managed Microsoft’s certification business, helping millions of students, IT Professionals and developers build and advance careers in technology.

As a UX designer, Jim Ross has spent most of the 21st Century researching and designing intuitive and satisfying user experiences. As a UX consultant, Jim has created web sites, mobile apps, intranets, software, and business applications for a variety of clients.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom is responsible for DG3's Worldwide business. A graduate of New York City Technical College, Tom is a well-respected leader in the graphic communications industry.  Most recently, he was President and CEO of the North American division of Agfa Graphics where, among his many accomplishments, he led the successful launch of the digital printing and wide format ink jet suite of products.

Alex is responsible for Colgate's Web, Portal and Mobile application development teams and the associated technology platforms within the Global Information Technology organization.

Tracey is a third generation entrepreneur who learned the merits of entrepreneurship from her father at an early age.  As a creative innovator and serial entrepreneur, Tracey's first venture was designing fashion accessory products. In 2000, she launched a successful B2B marketplace strictly focusing on profit; however, her current venture, Givety is all about purpose and redefining what community service means in today's world. As a social app for teens, Givity is designed to help make volunteering a part of the teen's life and not a chore to get into a good school.

Charles Senteio joined the SC&I faculty in September 2016 after teaching in the Department of Media and Information at Michigan State University's College of Communication Arts and Sciences. He is a Licensed Master Social Worker, Certified Health Education Specialist, and a Certified Community Health Worker Instructor.

Joel is a a senior front- end engineer working on web applications at E*TRADE.  He enjoys working through challenging problems to help create products with real value and takes pride in the craft and art of programming.  Joel works closely with teams to develop clean, quality, readable code. Joel is also passionate about teaching and knowledge sharing, and promotes a culture of learning and growth. A hacker by night, Joel takes any opportunity to experiment with new technologies and concepts and is a fan of all things open source and strives to contribute back to the open source community.

Judith A. Sheft is the Associate Vice President Technology and Enterprise Development at the New Jersey Innovation Institute at New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is responsible for technology commercialization and strategic use and protection of university IP assets. In addition, Judith is managing the HealthIT Connections program assisting entrepreneurs accelerate their revenue and job growth through executive coaching and cluster development activities.

Hajar is an experienced healthcare technology leader and educator. As the former Global Head of LifeScan Commercial Technology at Johnson & Johnson, Hajar Shirley led global efforts centered around strengthening Lifescan’s global reach via improved patient engagement initiatives, new digital business development, and expansion of the OneTouch megabrand to new and emerging markets.

Diane Spengel is a design leader with over 15 years of UX Design experience. Currently as Director of User Experience for Infragistics, Diane spends her time leading a team in creating delightful, engaging, and productive experiences through the use of UX best practices and thoughtful design. It is her main goal to solve problems and develop elegant solutions that make life a little better, easier and more beautiful.

Sharon Stoerger is the Director of the Information, Technology, and Informatics program at Rutgers. Her teaching experience ranges from gender and computerization (STEM) to instructional technologies to media writing courses. Dr. Stoerger's research areas of interest include computer‐mediated communication, social informatics, and educational uses of social media including virtual worlds. She is also interested in online and blended teaching approaches. Dr.

Sasha Taner is the Program Director and Research Coordinator at the Rutgers’ Institute for Women’s Leadership and a member of the Rutgers Entrepreneurial Coalition.  In addition, Sasha is a Ph.D.

Jon Thomas is User Experience Specialist working with organizations to incorporate their target audience’s insights into the product development process.  Jon knows it is essential to involve customers and clients during development in order to have the best customer experience possible at launch and every future iteration.  A Rutgers Alumni with a MBS in User Experience Design, Jon accepts every new challenge as an opportunity.

John Toklu is an operations and technology leader with extensive experience in product innovation, project execution and global business development in positions as an executive leader, program manager, management consultant and principal technical expert.

John has served as Chief Executive Officer of Duet Microelectronics since its founding in 2016. He brings to Duet Microelectronics over 35 years of semiconductor experience, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of ANADIGICS. Prior to that role, he served as Executive Vice President of Quality and Design Technology, Senior Vice President - RF Products, and Vice President, Advanced Development at ANADIGICS. John also held leadership positions at Apogee Photonics and ASIP.

Karla has a hybrid skill-set at the intersection of technology and business. Her background is a blend of both, which creates a unique perspective on developing and implementing digital strategies. She has been both “victim” and “torturer” when it comes to choosing and implementing technology, giving her a strategic perspective on the use of technology as a competitive weapon for the business.  She has held leadership positions at The Dow Chemical Company, Honeywell International, and ITT Corporation where she served as the Global Vice President & Chief Information Officer.

Stephen is the Chief Operating Officer at Nuvolo, a rapidly-growing SaaS startup which recently raised $10 million series A funding.  Stephen oversees all day to day company operations, implementation services and customer care and works closely with his sales and application development teams to set the company strategy goals and operating plans.  Over his 25 years in the IT software and service business, Stephen has worked in various roles in architecture and engineering, business consulting and executive management.  He brings a wealth of expertise in product design and is an expert in h
